STAFF BIOS
Scott Smith
Scott Smith loves bikes. Another thing Scott is a fan of is helping you (yes, YOU) find the bike you want, nay, need. Approachable and more than willing to put a pot of coffee on for you, Scott wants nothing more than to fix up your bike or if the need arises, get you situated on a new one. Cyclocross and Mountain Biking are two of Scott’s main squeezes – stop by and chat to him about racing, riding or whatever. Also, ask him about which item at Senor Taco is the best – he knows. Scott Smith and TVB are here to be your total bike solution.
Hollie Ernest
Hollie is TVB’s number one female bike mechanic, and she’s here to help Big Scott with your total bike solution. When not in the shop kickin’ it with the guys, she’s studying up on her bike knowledge, mountain biking, or cyclocross racing. wahoo. She loves to do self-supported bike tours, so come talk to her about your next bike tour, whether across town or across the country- we’ll be as excited as you are, and we’ve got the bike for you.
Hollie has recently been making a name for herself riding her single speed 29er in the Women’s Cat 2 mountain biking circuit.  Come to a race and cheer for her!
Dalton Manning
Dalton is the youngest member of our little TVB family. When he’s not busy dressing sharp he’s busy fixing your bike or out riding. Dalton’s skills run as deep as his love of bicycles. Born riding, Dalton can wheely a Kona Ute and bunny hop your flower garden.
Also, feel free to ask him about what music the kids are listening to these days. He knows.
Look for Dalton out riding his mountain bike or running around on his fixed gear.
Eric Ohlgren

Let me get you a real brat, a Usinger’s brat. You’re welcome.
Check this out! Eric from TVB on Metro Pulse http://bit.ly/tvbmp
Fritzie don’t know jack about no bikes but he makes a mean brat.  We keep him in the back where he makes them one at a time. If you’ve ever been at one of our events and wondered where we get our brats, Fritzie makes them and if you want some for your own www.usingers.com
Neal Knight- retired.
Neal is one of those guys who was born to help. It would seem that the curious circumstances surrounding Neal’s birth played a vital roll in making him who he is today, Mr. Customer Service. Sometime in the 80’s Neal’s Mom was working in a large customer service center in Florida when she knew the time was right for little Neal to enter the world. Thus he was literally born into customer service. When other kids his age were learning the hard lessons of the playground, Neal was with his Mom studying the Seven Ways of Compassion for the Customer. Over his developmental years he studiously memorized an overwhelming amount of information about bicycle components, frames and companies. He has combined this honed knowledge with his innate desires to help you and has become a phenom of bicycle sales and service. Trust him to guide you on your quest for the right bike, crank or cycling sweater; he knows.
