We have several bicycles available for demo!  Demo is $40 per day and allows you to ride before you buy.  2009 bikes are available for purchase at a great price!

2010 Kona Cadabra 19″

The Cadabra is full of magical suspension and mysterious technology that is pretty much amazing.  Full suspension and still a good climber, this bike makes those roots and rocks cushy like a pillow. cuuuussshhhyyy.  Demo this, tear up the downhill, and make east Tennessee your new pillow.

2010 Kona King Kahuna 19″

If Elvis was an athlete, and reincarnated in a bike, it’d be this one. This hard tail   is so bad ass- it has 29er tires AND gears. There should be no root you can’t roll over, no hill you can’t get up. Do it Up! just take it out for a spin.  I can’t say enough good things about it.  Become the king of Rock n’ Roots this summer.

2010 Major Jake 56cm

Jacob Heilbron founded Kona in 1988.  In 1997, the Jake the Snake (named after Jacob) cyclocross bike was introduced; Peter Wedge of the Kona Factory team won the Canadian Cyclocross championship on this bike.  This was the first of seven championship titles. In 2002, the Jake the Snake was inducted into the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame. hell yeah.

So the Major Jake has a podium legacy and is bad ass. That legacy continues with the TVB/Tomato Head team here in Knoxville.  Six members of the TVB/Tomato Head race team ride variations of the original Jake the Snake.  Riding the Major Jake,  Brian Watson won the Tennessee Cyclocross State Championship and Scott Smith won the bronze.

This cyclocross bike is lightweight, fast, and and a smooth ride.  It just wants to go.  It’s built for cyclocross racing- to handle riding on the dirt, snow, mud, and grass.  You could also put slick tires on it and ride it on road.  Basically, it’s ready for riding whatever you’re ready to ride.

2009 Hei Hei 2-9 18″

the hei hei says “heyyyyy,” as another full suspension bike in our stock with great climbing. The 29 inch wheels roll over things really well and smooth out roots and such.
